I __________________ confirm that I'm at least 16 years old. I certify I'm in good health, and that I'm medically able and properly trained to participate in Cairo Marathon 2026.

I also agree to abide by all the Rules & Regulations as provided and as will be provided by The Organizer including the right to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I also attest to abide by decisions relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I acknowledge that participating in Cairo Marathon 2026 is an activity that could cause injury or death.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my participation, I waive Cairo Runners; and Cairo Marathon 2026 and all its sponsors, representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the race.

I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

I confirm the refund policy; that all tickets are non-refundable and that registration fees on the website are exclusive 14% VAT.
